CHARGE HR....increase in heart rate every few days?!

Cut a long story short. Bought my fitbit HR 18th june. Orginally bought it to see what it was all about, loved the device! Currently awaiting arrival of my Charge 2 rose gold... 😍😍😍

 

Anyhow... worried as since purchasing my heart rate has slowly been climbing by 1/2 beat per minute every few days. I wondered is this something to be worried about or would it be the fitbit adjusting to me?

 

Appreciate anyone elses experience. Thanks! Btw im a 26 yo female, nonsmoker/drinker but i am overweight.

hey there @Jawwdan91 and welcome to the community... huge congrats on getting a new stepping buddy :).. your heart rate is influenced by several different things every day... is it hot, cold, humid, dry? Do you have a cold, allergy, stress? Did you eat more salt? Did you partake in adult beverages? Your heart rate was probably always going up and down several beats per day- you just didn't know it. If you are really worried about it, call the doctor and share your concern, but I am thinking it is related to summer heat or some other contributing factor...
