Congratulations!
Stick with it. You'll see definition when you get leaned down but don't set your expectations too high. You'll look like a normal human.

@dodo1309 — you’ve lost a lot of weight in a short period of time. Mentally, that is very satisfying, but there is a danger long term because you are not teaching yourself to eat to maintenance levels and that will make it much harder to keep the weight off once you get down to your desired level. The other problem with rapid weight loss is that much of it comes from reduced muscle mass, not just fat - which you may have discovered. You may also have loose skin which can take quite a while to tighten up.
So my first thought would be to slow down or take a diet break for a couple of months. Just try to figure out what your maintanece calories are and eat that for a while. Give your body time to adjust, and then move forward with a new calorie deficit in February or March next year.
As for the gym (I’m guess you mean weight training of some sort), it should help you build muscle when you are in a calorie surplus, and maintain muscle, to the extent possible, when you are in a calorie deficit. You can enhance this effect by making sure you are getting plenty of protein to repair the muscle breakdown that occurs during your workouts. In body building circles, ‘enough’ protein varies, but 0.5 gram/kilo of body weight divided into your meals over the day should be plenty. Weight training still definitely make you look leaner and help reduce body fat (when you are in a calorie deficit). Depending on the intensity and time of your workouts, 6 days may be too much (or it could be just fine). The main idea is to give your body plenty of rest time to enable it to rebuild muscle between workouts. So you different body parts each workout giving yourself at least 48 hours rest before execising the same body part again.

1. What are you doing at the gym?
2. Based on #1 you may not be eating enough. If that is the case you are going to look frail/scrawny. If you are spending time in the weight room (and on a program not just tossing stuff around haphazardly) you should be eating within 10% of your total burn. This will allow your body the right fuel to build muscle borrowing some of the necessary energy from fat. This is also an easy diet to track as your weight should NOT be (or very slightly) changing from week to week, but you will see a difference in look.
