Sent an email to help desk, they said to ask in this forum....................

@JenniferCor- why do you not want them added back in?  I don't think you can really stop them from being automatically added.  If you want to eat at a consistent level (as opposed to seeing a number based on your exercise) you can set your own calorie target instead of letting Fitbit set it based on your calories burned.  I'm assuming that's what you want.  When setting your food plan there's an option to set your own calorie target.  This will keep your calories to eat constant, no matter how much (or little) you work out.

I am not sure what you are asking, @JenniferCor.  Calories burned, whether while sleeping, watching TV, doing housework, or exercises, are all calories burned and are reflected in your calculations for calories out vs calories in. Why would ones burne during workouts be exempt?

If I am thinking about it right, you are not wanting to eat back what you burned? Is that right? I don't either. Which is why I don't look at available calories or calories left at all. I strictly look at in vs out. I know how many calories are good for me in any given day. When I get to that number, I am done. As long as my out is more than my in, I am good. I don't care how many more are in my bank.
