Calories in vs calories out

I'm a little confused on the topic of calories in and calories out (i.e. calorie surplus and deficit). I am using both the fitbit app and my fitness pal. For my height, weight, age and the goal I want to achieve, my calorie intake is calculated at 2380 / day. I eat very well, low carb and high protein, and workout 6 days per week for about 50 minutes each day (free weights mixed with polyos and cardio).  My daily caloric intake averages for 1500 - 1700/day and i usually do not meet my calculated intake goal.

my question is, fitbit tracks the total calories burned per day, I burn about 3500 - 3700 cal./day and this includes my daily workout. Example for today: I took in 1771 calories, burned 3700 leaving 2207 cals left (according to the fitbit app data).

in the myfitness pal app for exercise, do I enter the total cals burned for the day or for exercise only?

ex.: 2380 goal - 1463 food intake + 3700 cals burned = 4617 remaining  or should it be 2380 goal - 1463 intake + 800 cals burned during workout = 1717 remaining.

I know the caloric deficit is what the body uses to burn fat

maybe I'm thinking too much about this, but want to make sure I am doing this correctly.

The Answer for this i think just like this

Your Calories Burned Goal = 2380 ( This is Your Target ) , but you do Burned 3700 Calories (This is your realisation ) through exercise or logged from fitbit app.

So this is the calculation :

3700 Cal

1463 Food Intake

------- -

2237 Calories Remaining

However , i dont think the calculation of Calories Burned From Fitness Tracker is 100 % Accurate , it just estimation based on your BMR + Level of your activity .

If your fitness tracker does have a HR Monitoring , its improve its calculation accuracy but still no 100 % Accurate , so i tried this to myself.

If i want to lose my weight , i always calculate the Calories Burned from my fitness tracker - 10 %

Example case :

If my fitness tracker show i'm burned about 3,500 calories , then in my calculation i did burned at least 3,500 - 10 % = 3,150 calories, so if i want to have healthy diet and keep losing weight i consumed no more than 3,150 - 500 = 2,650 calories with well balanced nutrient consist of 50 % Carb , 30 % Prot , 20 % Fat for me
