I have tried for weeks now to change any of my daily goals with zero success. From either app (iOS) or the dashboard. When trying from the app I can move the steps up to 15k a day. But when I return to the main screen it reverts back to 10k. This applies to all goals. And I have tried as other have suggested to make sure that none of the goals are set to 0 but they change right back once I leave the screen.
From the dashboard the “today” section just displays a rotating icon. In never loads so I can’t select the gear icon to change anything. I have deleted the app from my phone multiple times. Tried multiple computers to access the dashboard with zero success. What is happening?
