At the top of my failure tells me,”Yiu’ve really been pushing it….take it easy…aim for 1-45 Cardio as a goal.
In the Cardio section the goal is much much higher…starts at 45 to 99.
which is it?
any insight would be appreciated.

Hello @Celi19 and welcome to the Community. I get the same thing, too. I'm going to be brutally honest. I think this is a work in progress and not very useful. I base my workouts on how I feel.

I've seen a few other users report that they had a discrepancy between the Cardio Load Target range on their Fitbit device and the Fitbit app. They reported that the ranges went back into sync on the following day.
Please let us know if you're still seeing discrepancies.
