Age is 74. Poor balance due to brain injury. I need seated exercises due to being unable to stand. Does not count steps when using walker although I have set up a route in my home with things to grab when I start to fall. 7000 to 8000 steps a day. Need seated strength exercises. Fitbit seems to be only for able people. Any other suggestions? I only use it to track heart rate, sleep and some of my steps.

@Grandmafrog I agree with you! The Product Feedback forum is the best place to post suggestions about the Fitbit app. I found this post there, which seems to be similar to what you are asking for. You could vote and comment there or create a new thread for your idea if you prefer.

Hi and welcome @Grandmafrog
You might want to check out chair/seated workout videos on YouTube. My favorite channel is SeniorShape Fitness. Lauren, the instructor, has several great seated/chair workouts.
BTW, if you don't have YouTube Premium (no ads), you can avoid the "commercial" interruptions during the video playback by using an ad blocker.
Cheers!
