I've moved your post to the Discussions Board so you can get more opinions about this inquiry from other Fitbitters, personally I've tried to do cardio and a really strength workout in the same session and I was doing good after that, however I recommend you to check this with a personal trainer or a doctor so you can have a professional opinion in the matter.
