Couch To 5k

I started doing the jog/run thing, doing 1 minute of jogging and 2 minutes of fast walking for about 3 miles. Today I decided to up the game and did 1 minute of jogging and 1.5 minutes of fast walking for 6 miles.

I think I did pretty good on this one. My average. Pace was 4.5 mph, and I kept my heart in zone 4 (80 to 90 percent of mhr) for most of the workout.

 

I'm open to any input and/or suggestions as I am pretty new to this.
