I've eaten a meal with a hi fat count...sloppy joes 🤦:male_sign: But it was in moderation 😂 Is it possible to counter the fat in that with another food, do I just exercise it off, or let it be? Thanks

Focus on the big picture, e.g. energy balance at the weekly level, rather than on the amount of one macronutrient in a single meal. Consistency is more important than perfection. A single "unhealthy" / "bad" meal won’t ruin an otherwise good diet, and one "perfect" meal won’t save an otherwise poor diet.
