Hi, I'm new at this and have a question regarding the correct way to count steps.

If I wear the fitbit while on the treadmill do my steps get counted? Or do I also log the steps in the "log activity" area?

They will get counted as long as you don't rest your hand on the rails. Do not log the steps manually.
