Counting floors (or rather not)

Hi everyone,

I hope this is in the right place. I tried searching the forum but couldn't really find what I'm looking for.

I'm trying to get my goals a little more on point, and as part of that I'd like for my Charge 3 to stop counting floors (windy today; got 10 floors by 7 am...). I've unticked Daily floors on my fitbit.com dashboard, but it still shows the 70 floor weekly goal and won't let me change either to zero (says it's an invalid number). The floor count is still there, at every place where they can be measured (including the phone app, which is what I use most).

What am I missing here?

Thanks in advance!

I think the problem is that you can't stop it tracking floors. Changing the display or the goals will not stop it.

@Emmy_M Hello! I can change my floor goal to 0, however @SteveH is correct, it will not stop your Fitbit from counting floors. The best thing you can do is remove the tile from your daily dashboard and ignore the floor counts.

Thanks for your reply @SteveH , that makes sense. I think I'll just leave it as is, then.

Thanks for your reply, @Heather-S . I noticed I can set the floors goal to 0 in the phone app, but not on the fitbit.com dashboard. Either way, it's still included everywhere so I might as well leave it as it is. It's just I saw a few posts about removing it, but maybe I misunderstood what they meant.
