Crazy heart rate

Screenshot_20180507-151407_Fitbit.jpg

So here was my heart rate chart from yesterday. I do have hashimoto's disease and graves disease (hypo and hyperthyroidism). To top it off, I also started my period. My rhr usually varies between 60-76. It's now telling me I'm active while sleeping. I just wanted to see if anyone else has seen this in the same situation before I make my doctor aware.

Hi @Brmonet,

Definitely consult with your doctor on this one. That seems a whole lot of hours in exercise zones, though I don't know what's normal given your conditions.

Does your resting heart rate bounce between 60-76, or is there a trend to its movement?

Work out...eat... sleep...repeat!

@Brmonet  get your doc in the loop 1st ... nothing you read here, no matter what anyone has to say is as important as doing that .  Hoping this is "nothing" or an easy fix ... take care Brmonet 😊
