New rules of Lifting for women is a good place top start. Its a great book. I do think there is a newer book out there. Search Amazon

I have used the program in the New Rules of Lifting For Women book in the past and saw results. Currently, I'm using the Female Body Breakthrough book by Rachel Cosgrove. I'm only into the second week, but like it so far.
If you find something better, please post. I'd love to hear about it! Good luck!
