Estimating calories burned

ANSWERED

It seems as though I need to add the exercises I've done - like upper or lower body workouts, elliptical, etc. The form asks us to enter the calorie burned. I don't know. I thought the FitForce should be doing that.

How the heck can I estimate how many calories I've burned????

Are you trying to create a new, custom 'activity'?  I think the key is to find an existing one, not create a new one, maybe.  I use Chrome and the search field only works intermittently, so it shuttles me into that path to create a new custom activity, the rare times I look in that area.

I was using the activity already in the system which didn't add the calories or let me leave it blank, but if I add an activity record it works fine. Thanks for your quick help.

@debhiggins: which Fitbit do you have and what kind of activity have you tried to manually log?
