Good so far help me to look forward to improving health .two yr ago I had bad cholesterol and me being four seasons and walk alolot so good deed.fitness goal a day 5000

I am glad to read that your health has improved because of your new habits. Workoing out and hitting your daily exercise and step goals are definitely going to help you decrease the cholesterol levels even more. It is great to know that you walk a lot. 5000 steps a day is great. Try increasing the daily step goal by 500 steps every week or two. That way you push your limits in a moderate fashion. Remember that your diet is also very important. Check out the "Healthy Eating" section, you may find something that interests you. Keep it up, you are doing great!
