While the first thing that usually pops into mind is "oh god, all that candy and chocolate", I'm actually looking forward to prowling around the town with my little girls. Halloween winds up being the easiest night to smash any step and walk goals.
Nonetheless I need to limber myself up for it beforehand, so still going to go for a quick run during Lunch I think, but should I skip any further strain on the legs until tonight (like not do the a leg press or similar thing) still very very new to being this kind of "active" while still dealing with all the events of real life
Cheers!

I think as one becomes more aware of how active or not active they are, we look for ways to get more steps or increase our activity. It goes with actually seeing what you are doing vs how much you think you are. I remember years ago, I would mop the floor and think I was so active and did so much. Once I got a tracker and saw how meaningless it was to my activity, I realized that all those years of - I mopped the floor, I need a kitkat led me to my highest weight and most unhealthy stats.
