Dash around with the Dyson

Get busy with the Black and Decker

Shake a tail feather with the fluffy duster

Wash that car

Walk those stairs

Wiggle those toes and do the hand dance while watching telly

Wipe those windows down

Dance around to the ipod

Take the dog for walk and tire her out

Turn the radio on full blast, round up the kids and turn the kitchen into a disco

Leave the car keys on the hook and walk

Get on your bike

 

Its all as valid as spending a fortune and hours in the gym trying to impersonate an Olympic athlete!!!!
