Hi you all, hope you are having a great weekend. I know that many of us want to be healthy without doing exercise or eating like we are supposed to, but guess what? We need to do exercise and eat right if we want to be someone 100% or 90% fit. I know it's hard and sometimes it hurts a lot, trust me, I play volleyball so the days we have physical training (to have resistance in a game) I cry myself at night until I fall asleep and cry even more the next day but the good news here is that have some tips for you:
1. Set goals. Start with something simple like eating less fat (specially junk food) or run in the morning.
2. Make it fun. Find something that you really like and enjoy, it can be a sport. Go and join a club.
3. Sometimes when I am at home alone and get bored I go to the backyard and do "Mountain Climber", "Push Ups", "Split Jumps", etc. Something just to keep myself active.
And the good thing is that I can manually log all of this on my Dashboard.

When not feeling up to exercise, listen to your wonderful body and allow to rest. Recovery is as important.

Hello everybody. I would like to add seeking for motivation to recover energies when we are tired and finding a partner to work with to support each other.
