ANSWERED

Hello everyone,

If I run and then use a bike during my workout, should I be on exercise mode the entire time? Or should I activate exercise mode two seperate times?

Thank you

@Sharon1733 You use the button to start it and when done you stop it. When it syncs you can see what happend in that exercise session

Might want to read the manual. Not knowing  which you have

hey there, it depends what you want to know. Do you want to know individual activity stats or overall? When I do two cardio activities back to back and I know the only "rest" time in between is a walk to the machine, I leave it on. If for whatever reason, I stop to chit chat or go lift, I will stop it. All depends what you want. My main goal is overall calorie burn, so I just let it go.
