Did you mean:

Exercise not correct for heart rate.

Ok so I have been diagnosed with Anxiety and I get a verry fast heart beat when I'm having an attack, the only problem is that fitbit somehow recognises this as 'Outdoor Bike' exercise.

It just thinks that casue my heart rate is high I'm doing exercise, when in reality im resting on the couch freaking out.

Is there anyway to change what heart rate it detects exercise atm so I stop getting false readings and exercise stats?

The only thing I can suggest is delete the false exercise from your list of recent activities, as should you do exercise, you'd want it to record.

I had a similar situation with my Surge a few weeks ago, when I walked very briskly for 20 minutes to catch a bus. My Surge autodetected that activity as elliptical. Since I don’t have an elliptical at home and don’t go to a gym that has one, I just deleted elliptical from the list of activities that are automatically detected. Case closed.
