The fitbit charge 3 is said to have 15 options but my app and charge 3 tracker only offer 6. Is there something I should do to access all 15

Hello @Gengel and a warm welcome.  There are 15 choices, but you can only load six at a time.  To change your list from the phone app, tap on your Profile picture > Charge 3 > Exercise Shortcuts > Edit and remove an item.  The + Exercise Shortcut can be tapped.  You can see the whole list.  Choose what you want.
