Fall Day Walk

Today the heat index was below 100 for the first time, and it was more like a fall day than summer. Nice day to Get Moving!  So, I grabbed a half-gallon of water and went for a walk.  Nice sunny day, cool breeze, and lots of wildlife along the country roads. Didn't quite get my 20K steps in, but came pretty close.  I hope everyone was able to get out and enjoy the day.

Fall is in the air here too, only 109 degrees this week!  Regular cold front coming through...

I spent a lot of time in Tuscon and Phoenix with the AF, @CJinAZ, but I don't remember ever seeing a Cold Front there.....

Yes Fall is almost here in New England. I am looking forward to walking down the trails with my kids 🙂

They are getting lazy anyway
