Hi everyone!
So I know being active can be extremely hard! One thing that keeps me moving is passion. You should find something you absolutely love and then get started! I get so nervous about starting something new but if you don't try it you won't know if you like it. Don't pay attention to other people, focus on YOU!!!

Thats very true. A lot of my steps and exercises come from walking and playing with my dog. It isn't exercise for me. We walk in the mountain, so I get the extra stress on the legs of going uphill and walking in the mountain means more up and downs.
I want to add some sort of sport as well, I've always wanted to do karate, but I have so omuch stress and work from school/my job, I don't know if I could.
