First round...whats round 2

I just started at the gym a few weeks ago, and set up a workout for myself for 6 weeks and see how I did. My original weight was 217, and after 4 weeks, am at 207...a pretty good start. My workout has been: Monday-Push ups 12 X3 Assisted weight chin ups 8 X 3
