First week using my fitbit

I just received my fitbit in the mail last weekend.  I really wanted to push hard this week so that I'd see results which should encourage me to keep at it.  Well, I weighed myself this morning and I'm down 4.9 pounds.  Yeah!!

Just a short word of caution though @cmyates4 - don't go too fast! Losing five pounds in a week would indicate to me that perhaps you went at it a little bit too hard, like really really hard - and you said that much in your post, that you intended to push hard. But I would be careful NOT to continue that kind of regimen over the long run, unless you're doing so under profesional/medical supervision.
