Hey Everybody
I'm new in the family. Currently weighting 106 KG I'm very active into weight lifting 2 times a week for 2 hrs and 30 Min cardio 3 time a week average distance 5 KM per session.
Trying to get leaner now! Therefore I would like to get advice on meals, Meal portions and how to Log weight lifting activities.
Anyone with the same goals is wellcome to comment.

I', new as well. I recently purchased a fitbit Carge HR for heart rate and to actually see how much activity I am doing. I wish i was 105kg and have been struggling to get over 80kgs for years. I was really surprised at how much activity I am doing and especially on rest days I wasn't eating as much as I should because i wasn't training but it turns out my activity just needs more food.
I am not putting in my food as yet but working out with weights 6 days a week. I have the same goals but just trying to gain weight lol.

Awesome it's good to hear that is working for you so far my Fitbit keep me in Line when it come to watch my food intake. It will be great to share with you details on food and your strategy.

Hi Magnaite, i am new to this so excuse me if this is the wrong place to reply. I replied via msg but ran out of room to reply.
I am using my fitbit to exactly monitor how much I am doing a day so i can eat accordingly. On a rest day i wouldn't eat as much but it turns out on my rest days I am still doing between 10000 steps to 16000 steps per day. I need to eat more Ha.
I eat 6 meals a day which include carbs, protein and fat. I try to have balanced meals so I don't blow out the intake too bad. I use protein powder and a great all natural mel replacement for awkward times during the day. So breakfast usually 4 eggs on toast (only 2 egg yolks, Shake morning tea, lunch tuna rice etc, afternoon tea a shake, dinner chicken breast potato sweet potato onions mushrooms etc and ten another shake before bed.
I am very interested in your eating as well as your obviously bigger and I am trying to gain weight.
