I have the One and have used Fitbit for a couple of years without problems- but last week it started not syncing. It keeps saying it can't find it. I have charged my One and put it as close to the dongle as possible- still won't recognize my one. Any one have any ideas? Thanks, Deb from Ohio

Have you tried a force sync?
Syncing
There has been a cople times I needed to download the S/W again as trying to force sync was grayed out

I found it super easy to sync up by logging off my computer then logging back on. It will automatically sync your tracker. Give that a try. It's that simple! Good luck!
