I had a HR charge I believe it was called. It eventually died. I am looking for a new device. Not sure which one gives you the best bang for your buck. I do not want to have to pay for any premium additions once I have the device. I used to sync my last Fitbit with MyFitnessPal for my food intake, track calories, etc. Reading about a few options, it appears inputting foods/meals are included with some devices. I basically want to track as much of everything* as possible. Being able to use Spotify with Bluetooth, waterproof for swimming, and hopefully helping me lose weight for a very important surgery I can not have until I meet a certain weight criteria. I am looking at the Fitbit versa 2 smart watch. I do not see anything about food intake being able to be used. Is this capable thru the Fitbit app?

Hi, @11Squirt11 , you can log your food in the Fitbit app no matter what Fitbit device you have.
I absolutely love my Versa 2, and it will do everything you say you want. I think the cheapest one that would do most of what you require would be the more basic Inspire HR. It won’t control Spotify, however.
You can see a comparison of different Fitbits here and find which one is best for you.
