If you google the cardiogram app there are numerous complaints about it being buggy including one that describes 'bizarre high hr ratings at rest'  .

But I did use this app to extract my Fitbit data and it shows the same 🤔

As stated above the problem is with the other app.

Both pictures you show are from the app

You should also be asking them your questions

Is there any chance the Fitbit reading is off??

I did wake uP with the watch indentation on my wrist. I also breastfeed/co sleep. So throughout the night I switch my daughter from side  to side to feed

We have no way of knowing.  We don't know your body metrics, your overall health, your habits, your diet, etc.  You really just need to discuss your concerns with a doctor or qualified specialist and not internet strangers.

Just an update....

sooo saw my doctor today and I’m getting referred to a neurologist to do a sleep study for possible sleep apnea

My Fitbit data via cardiogram has shown heart rate spikes thru the night almost nightly.
