Wonder why when I’m watching tv or reading for a length of time my fitbit thinks I’m asleep? I get the weirdest sleep times!! Lol
Any ideas? Would like it to stop!

@glfrgrl I get the same thing when I read. Its because you are still and your HR is slowed down to as if you were asleep. To not have it, get up periodically, or stretch, anything to up your HR so it knows you are awake.

Hah, I'd noticed the same when I'm reading in bed. At first I thought it was cute haha, "oh wow, reading puts me to sleep".
I think @emili is right though, probably I'm too still and zen to trick the watch into registering me as asleep.
