New to the fitbit community ![]()
Hopefully not just myself that noticed, but the food log options are a bit lack luster? I've been using My Fitness Pal for quite some time now and I really enjoy being able to log my macros and all the specific food details. Is this something that is available for the fitbit flex and I'm just not seeing it? Or is it a premium thing?
**Update** Fished around on the online dashboard and found where you can manually edit the foods....it's a shame we can't do this on the android app though ![]()

Totally agree. After I got the FitBit, I stopped using MFP and began logging my food on the FITBit app. That lasted about 2 days. I am back to using MFP for food logging and I have it syncing the food data back to FitBit. It works great.
Happy Holidays!

Hey there @cutedebbie and @Ozzie65 ! I am a MFP logger as well ![]()
Just as a tip:
This will prevent getting double records or wiping your caloric burn data and active minutes.

Question for ya. I as well log my food through MFP only and when logging I find that my calories left will read zero on fitbit if I log one thing or if i've logged nothing. Maybe I'm doing something wrong. Any suggestions?

@KrissyJay I'll be happy to help you!
The Calories Left discrepancy is an issue that has received some reports. Our developers are aware of this issue. They'll investigate further and see what can be done to implement a fix. For updates, I recommend staying tuned to this thread.
Best Answer@HelenaFitbit - Thanks for those tips. I hadn't used MFP for 7 months, but started back today because I like their database so much better. I'm happy to know the "correct" way to integrate the two.
Started with a Flex. Now have ChargeHR.
