My only suggestion, @FirefighterMike, is to change up the treadmill workout - intersperse it with different speeds and inclines. I like to do things like 10 minutes with a low incline of 3% and high speed of 3.8 to 4mph, and then 10 minutes of high incline of 10% and a slower speed of 3.2mph, etc. That not only helps break the boredom, but ramps up the fitness workout.
