Football Watching Workout

My new NFL workout is as follows.

  1. Set Treadmill to 12 degree incline and 3.5 MPH
  2. At each change of possession, get off treadmill and alternate between 20 pushups, 20 situps and 20 squats. 
  3. Stay on for entire game (about 3 hours)

Any thoughts from those on here?

My only suggestion, @FirefighterMike, is to change up the treadmill workout - intersperse it with different speeds and inclines. I like to do things like 10 minutes with a low incline of 3% and high speed of 3.8 to 4mph, and then 10 minutes of high incline of 10% and a slower speed of 3.2mph, etc. That not only helps break the boredom, but ramps up the fitness workout.
