Hi all, Do any of the Fitbit products have internal GPS??..Im looking for something that does not require have my cell phone with me..

Yes, the Surge. My personal favorite for the time being.

Yup, as pointed out by @Dominique, the FItbit Surge has in-built GPS; no phone required.  The only real catch with the Surge is battery life, it is probably only good for a max of 5 hours while in GPS mode; I find I need to charge every-other day, or said another way, about 45 hours of non-GPS mode and another 3 hours of GPS mode.
