Work just announced a little friendly competition across the groups and to get some (many) of the not so fit motiviated. What does that better than a bit of competition!
- The competition begins on 23 Feb at 0001 and ends once a directorate reaches 22,236 miles.
(for those who don't know, 22, 236 miles is the distance to geosynchronous orbit...where satellites get parked to stay over the same spot on earth...directTV satellites live there, DISHNetwork...and so on...
10,000 steps = about 5 miles min per day from me, 35 miles per week...gonna try and make that my min contribution!
