Hodor, Hodor hodor hodor hodor hodor hodor hodor.........
But seriously, One way I have been getting my steps in on Sunday, is pacing while watching game of thones.
(s06e05 spoiler below)
What does everyone do when they have times where they have little or no desire to keep moving?
And on this note, I saw a quote that I liked. It said something like. "I am more impressed if you hold the door for someone vs what you can lift."
Happy stepping and have a great week.

I can relate to that feeling @pcobb8, I workout at night and it's so hard to do it on Sundays because all I can think of is going back home and watch the new episode of game of thrones. I just try to think positive and think about the things that motivate me to keep going.
The last episode was great, I can't wait to see the next one. Maybe I'll try to be more active during the week so I can rest a little more on Sundays lol.

A while back I didn't actually mind so much that somedays I didn't make goal because other days I went well above. And then, I became friends with a bunch of super competitive people who round the clock challenge. Now, I care very much and even on Friday which is my no move day- I make goal and then some. If you aren't doing challenges, try that as a motivator to move it.

Hey @pcobb8 I agree with you, after this week's ending was kinda hard to think in something else... but a way that has worked for me to get my steps on weekends is challenging my friends and co workers, they have been very competitive lately and that makes me look for ways to walk more. 🙂
