Get moving! Listen to your body

I started on this less than a month ago. I saw a photo of myself and hated how i looked. Got my fitbit, some clothes bands, etc. 

today for the first time ni ten freaking years I jogged. not much! But 3/4 mile, non stop. power walked the rest of my mile and half path. I feel like i could collapse but i am so proud of myself. 

1.56 miles, 16 mins!

2 months ago I was out of breath going upstairs

Well i really glad that you have such great result you know. I just try to start my journey, have motivation, especially when i look on myself. There definitely were some experiments with my health and sport things and i also try to practice grounding benefits and also work with my motivation you know but i think so far i am doing good. And i especially want to see more results in near future

If you’re doing your workouts at home (especially once summer heat rolls in), having a cool space really makes a difference in keeping up the momentum. I recently looked into Air Conditioning Contractors in Skagit County, WA, and it’s totally worth it if you’re local and want to keep training without overheating. Keep crushing it—you’ve already proven you’ve got what it takes!
