Does your school have a track? I know when I went to school we got longer lunches than they do now, but if you have free time, walk (or run) a couple of laps. Depending on where you live can you walk to and from school? Or at least home. When studying or doing homework set a timer and then just get up and walk around a bit. Study breaks are almost always suggested anyways to help your focus.

Unfortunately there isn't an easy answer- you have to make time. If its important to you, you will figure it out. Is it a half hour run in the morning before your day starts or the last thing you do before bed? do you have 15 minute intervals that you can walk during or do some sit ups, push ups, etc. is it riding on a bike while you are studying or reading- if you have access to a stationary bike.

You can always try to find little things to get more steps in. Try drinking more water, because you'll have to get up more often to go to the bathroom (giving you more steps). Try to walk to wherever you need to go, or take the long route if you have the time for it. That helps as well. Being busy means it's hard to be active, but every chance you get you should go for some more activity, and you'll feel better and more active
