Getting motivated

Hey everyone @ Fitbit Smiley Happy

 

So today I have been stuck indoors doing work (revising for my GCSEs), and i've been in my pajamas and barely moving around. I really need to burn some more calories today, but I can't use my Fitstar app for exercise as I have lost my phone! It's difficult for me to track exercise without it.

 

Does anyone have any suggestions for what I should do to get moving? Should I move around my house?

Do things by hand that you normally wouldn't.

 

Clean the floors with a sponge.

 

Wash some delicate clothes in the sink.

 

Scrub the tub.

 

Turn your house over looking for your phone.

 

Also, on a day you just can't get enough exercise, it's good to limit calories in. It's just not feasible to burn lots of calories every single day, as you know life happens sometimes.

 

 

Work out...eat... sleep...repeat!
