HAVE A BUSINESS TRIP

I can manage what I eat and when I excercise when I am in my own environment. however, I have to travel to a meeting which involves a lot of sitting and eating. Can anyone give me some hints on what to do. by the way, I know that the food is not what I am now eating. I can make breakfast work but that is it. Help!

Most hotels have a fitness room. I just get up early and jump on that, or get on it after dinner. Taking walking breaks help as well.

When I travel for business I always take gym gear -- most hotels have a gym, or at minimum a treadmill or two and a solitary weight machine.  Hitting that for 30 mins in the morning gets my metabolism fired up.  I try to get another 30 mins in during lunch, or between the end of meetings and going out for dinner.

I also carry a small, thin traveling yoga mat and a couple of rubber exercise bands.  So I can do some stretching and the like before I go to bed.

It might not burn a lot of calories, but I find its important for me to not stop exercising.
