Please help me! I have stomach fat that wont go away. I've tried everything from healthy foods, to crunches and sit ups, to running and nothing has helped. I know that i'm way to young to worry about this stuff (I'm 11 years old) but all my friends are skinny and its kind of hard to stop thinking about it. I know i shouldn't compare myself to other people and I dont but i've been working really hard. So if anyone has any secrets they think i need to know, PLEASE HELP.

Selle, it breaks my heart that you are worrying about this at such a young age. Your weight does not define your beauty, your spirit & inner being does. A few suggestions I will make - 1) Love yourself for who you are 2) You are not your friends, you are you.... 3) Drink lots of water = ) 4) Stay Active 5) Eat 6 small healthy choice meals a day to keep your metabolism up. You don't have to eat "healthy foods" you just have to eat the right foods. What goes into your mouth is at least 80% of what makes your body appearance. Keep up the hard work & don't be so hard on yourself.

Don't think your friends don't have their own issues. They might not be unhappy with their stomach but chances are high they won't like the size of their ears, or the shape of their nose, or the length of their legs.... even super models have issues with some aspect of their body. The only 'secret' is to not worry about such things. Focus on being happy, and forget about stuff you can't change.
