Health circuits what workout

I attend a health programme at our local sports center.It involves 15 mins warm up 30 mins various stations,strength,balance,weights,

Stepping.

15 mins cool down .What workout do I pick.Aimed basically at over 55's and choose your own pace .Exercise goes to mainly aerobic .Low level for circuit or interval. As I am calorie counting I would like an accurate calorie reflection.

I use a charge 4. Help greatly appreciated.

Hello @Krzyk and welcome to the Community.  You can use the Workout shortcut for this.  The Charge 4 has a Circuit Training shortcut available, too.  It looks like it tracks the same things, but it just has a different name.  You can use this to differentiate the workout from different workouts.  This YouTube video shows you how to customize your Exercise shortcuts to put Circuit Training on your list, if that's what you want.  @Heather-S is using a Charge 3, but the directions are the same.
