I’m 70 years old with sore knees. All your workouts are too hard. Can you create some weights and stretching/strengthening exercises that don’t involve getting on the floor or jumping? The only low-impact ones I see are cardio, and I get enough of that. Think of using a chair. I’m surprised there aren’t more beginner workouts too, only mods that are still too hard. You can even call them strength for old folks.. I don’t care 😁
