Eighty Million Steps

I got my Fitbit One for my 70th birthday and I turned 80 in March. I used the Fitbit to guide me in getting to 145 pounds. It worked. I lost the weight and I'm healthier. I learned early that I needed 20,000 steps/day to meet the goal but being a retired "morning person" that was easy for me.

I'll lose a little more weight and set new goals.

t remember there should be health goals also. I lost 35 pounds, and I'm overall healthier.

I think this is a great post to respond to! I wish you health and inspiration!

And Fitbit could thank for such a small advertisement and a loyal fan.
