Why is the Heart Rate Monitor so different than actual medical check of heart rate? Versa 4 says 56 and Medical Heart Rate device says 42.

Because it's unfortunately well known that the heart rate sensor of Versa 3 / Sense is defective. Unfortunately Fitbit preferred to go into denial mode and doesn't address the issue.
