I’m looking for an app which will send me an alert when my heart rate exceeds a certain level, with the following criteria:
I can choose the alert level - eg if my heart rate reaches 100 beats per minute.
The alarm immediately goes off when the chosen heart rate is exceeded - not, for example, waiting for my heart to exceed the limit for 10 minutes
The app works (and the alarm goes off) when the app is ‘closed’ - ie it still goes off when my watch screen is showing something else - eg the clock.
