Basic Routine?

Just trying to see other people's thoughts. I'm about to begin doing a basic daily workout routine. I'm not trying to lose weight or gain muscle, just trying to do basic bodily maintenance and this is my current plan. Is it well rounded or am I missing anything? I only have about 45 minutes each day that I can allot to exercise so going to a gym isn't practical for me but I'm open to any advice that can be given.

Monday - Leg day: squats without resistance bands (5 reps, 2 sets), Squats with resistance bands (5 reps, 1 set), and lunges (5 reps, 2 sets for each leg), and butterfly stretches. Once I'm used to the routine I may add dumbbells to the squats and/or lunges but I'm taking baby steps.

Tuesday/Thursday - Cardio and Deep Stretches: Knee to Chest stretches (each leg 30 seconds), Leg lifts (5 reps, 1 set for each leg), and jump rope (5 min per rep and 3 reps because I have low stamina)

Wednesday - Core: Knee to Chest stretches (each leg 30 seconds), Hip Raises (5 reps, 2 sets), Plank (15 sec per rep, 5 reps), Side Plank (5 sec per rep, 10 reps for each side)

Friday: 20 minutes of walking/light jogging on treadmill

Hello @StarryVictory and welcome to the Community.  I'm moving your post to the Get Moving forum.  It's one of Fitbit's Health & Wellness forums.  It's a better fit for your question.
