Heart rate doing daily activities

Hi team

Iam curious what everybodies average heart rate is while walking through the office, grocery shopping or just generally walking around during the day. Mine seems to average around 105 bpm while walking through my office etc. would be interested to know anyone else's walking heart rates to compare! Thanks in advance

I just did the dishes, hung out the laundry and just sat down now. 122bpm. It’s going down as I have a cuppa. 97bpm after 5mins resting
