I've been using my Fitbit for around two weeks now and I've noticed a slight problem after training. Usually when I finish a run, I look at my stats and notice that I'm mostly in my 'peak zone', however, I'd like to stay in my 'cardio zone' in order to achieve more distance.
I would love it if there was a setting that I could activate on my mobile in which the Fitbit would vibrate once if I'm slowing down and going into 'fat burning mode' and twice if I'm running too fast and starting to go into my 'peak zone'.
This would probably sacrifice battery life but I think the benefits outweigh the slight disadvantage.
What do you guys think?
