That's high enough to probably qualify as Fat Burn zone. In my observation it might be from a medical condition, low level of fitness, or it may be just natural for that person. Assuming your doctor is aware of your heart rate and there's not a medical problem, you'll be fine, just burning more fat than many people.
Best AnswerThanks for you thoughts Dave. I think its a combination of low level fitness (working on that now) and how I'm made. Now I kinda get why I can eat like a horse and not put weight on.
